Do google penalize pages with spun articles that have these characteristics:
    - spun article on the page are unique (pass copyscrape)
    - each sentence in the article is grammatically correct
    - each sentence are somewhat make sense to human reader
    - the article by the whole are not making any sense to human reader (first sentence talk about cat, the next sentence talk about Drupal, etc)

Can google found this out and give a penalty to the page/domain?

My idea is to put up spun articles just for SERP then replace it with real contents when page ranked or have visitors - is this a sound idea?

    Thanks for all input!

Unless your site is optimized for very strong keywords and rank well for them, there is no chance G would send human to take a look at your site.
There are billions of billions of pages.
Spun content is used for bot crawling. If it passes copy scape, it is unique no matter what the content is about.

What about gibberishness of the article? Can google detect that somehow.
