No problem for the question. Okay, many folks used to leverage on footer links and recent update on G algorithms might prove otherwise... users not having effective link juices anymore or worst being considered as spam.
Google says footer links pass way less juice then in-content links. They actually have a classification system on each of the link types. Apparently they can tell different types of links apart, maybe because people use the <footer> html tags?
