I'm thinking of putting ads about other fanpages in my fanpage after people had liked.
The ads will be hosted in my webpage but will use iframe to show it. People will be paying me to show their fanpages to my likers (in the iframe page not post).
    Does fb allow this?

In other words. Do fb allow putting up external ads that are fanpage in a static iframe app?
The ads are links to other fanpages. Similar to what you see at the right side that people promote their fanpages but these ads are in my fanpage iframe page.
So let say if it is an Amazon ad but not it's fanpages ads. Bozo!

I believe that you advertise on your website what ever you want.FB will not bother you for it.You have all kind of plugins pulling your FB page and displaying on any website. They are not buying likes or posts on FB and that is the point.Consider it as a social media promotion..that's all.

I think i didn't understand it properly. In case it is an app for Facebook and you put their pages in an iframe...that might be a problem.Your are not allowed to advertise/make money from what is not yours. It belongs to FB..he will not be sitting there watching you making money. We could say that he needs to prove it that you are taking money for it..not only just friendly with other pages, but they will not..just ban your page and that's it.
Now i made two cases..choose which one is the one that you ask and apply it. :)

Its just an ad about their fanpage. The owner of the fanpage pays me a small ad spot within my fanpage. Explaining this is really complicated as it is about fanpage within fanpage.
But anyway instead of ad that links to else where it links to fanpages.
I remember something that fb does not allow ads that is colored blue, using the word facebook or even the two letter fb in facebook.
I just want clarification before I do it.
    Here is an example screenshot.
