Do Expired Domain from a different country works flawlessly for other countries too ?

While looking for some expired domain i found a really good domain but the issue is that previously it was targeted for some other country (Italy) and majority (90%) of the backlinks are from Italy, Europe related domains (TLD).

So i want to know will it work if i start the site from fresh on the expired domain and target USA will it work ??

Yup, you can use that domain for targeting USA. But eu countries really worth a shot, they convert good too.

Yeah it can work as you can see English Pbns working perfectly for foreign markets.

Oh I forgot to mention one more thing. The language of the site was not english previously it was spanish.

Its hard to say because there are a lot factors, I personally think the domain will have at least some authority, because of the existed links, but since the previous language is even different here, and many rumors googler say they can recognize the previous domain content niche and blah blah, god no idea what it will happen, maybe hit a miss, just like a fresh one, can't quantify.
