If you have Tiktok made in the USA with a USA email as well, but you login with a Korean proxy or Swesdish proxy, will anything bad happen, such as loss of USA reach? What if you are purely messaging USA users via private DM?

Yeah, there's a very real chance to shaft your own reach if you connect outside of a US IP or the like. Best to keep using the same IP as your target location, etc. I believe it's the same even if it's just DMs.
