If i use a VPS + many additional IPs anytime i'm accessing websites through my additional IPs do the websites see the additional IPs(dedicated ip)or the main VPS server IP? I have additional IPs but when I test them on ip lookup sites it shows the my main vps server ip, not the dedicated ip. Is this normal? or is there a way to make it make requests using dedicated ip?

yes, for sure you can use your vps ips as proxies. I simply install squid and use all the ips my VPSes have as private proxies or my needs.

by default when you do a connection to somewhere always the main server IP is used, thats why you get those results.. you need to specify the interface to use when doing a connection
