Do CPA networks like/dislike domain redirects?

Will CPA networks complain if I was to take a offer (http://offer.com/3) and was to buy a domain (http://offer.com) then just display all of http://offer.com/3? So instead of going to
http://hsdkhs.com/38hr3h/34h3893/fn3fn3 (Or using something like bit.ly), traffic can be sent to http://www.AcaiBerry.com ?

Should be fine. Some branded companies just don't allow you to redirect from search engine without landing at your website first. Ask your AM about this.
