If not, what are the best size CPA ad to run, what is the best place on the blog to place them, and how should you have on a page?

    Thanks

I can't see how they'd know or care if you do things right.

I am still getting started, but I can tell you this is basically what I am doing.

I am integrating a CPA offer after the first paragraph (or so) of an article I've published on my auto-blog. I keep it above the fold.

The auto-blog (I've automated using my own custom script to trickle Caffeinated Content) hums along sort of as a "wrapper" to my pages that have articles w/ offers.
