    Hi,
Title says it all. I am creating few sites with co.uk, .in, .co.nz. I want to use adsense for monetizing the sites. If I want to sell these sites after they start earning good revenue on flippa, do they sell for same market prices as .com sites?

Anybody who has sold country specific sites can you please provide some information?

Secondly, what about using "stats counter" for traffic stats, instead of using analytics? Can I use it without any problems? Would it create problems in selling the site?

In my experience, country specific sites generally sell for less than generic TLDs (such as .com's), even if the revenue is the same. As the vast majority of ACTIVE website buyers (in the $10k+ range) are in the US, country specific sites often get overlooked. If you're selling on the lower end I can't imagine it makes much difference, but in general, the more buyers interested the better, so stick with .com/.net/.org (you can still target certain countries).

Don't use Statcounter. If you're not happy using Google Analytics then Clicky or Piwik are about the only 2 I see widely accepted by buyers.
