Do Associated Content pay the same amount for Non US Resident

i know the technique has been shared generously by shaqsquash at his thread

however, because associated content does not allow upfront payment for non US resident, i would like to know if the payment for each article still stands at approx $5 per article or is it totally base on page view?

does any one from outside US has any experience of this?

could you kindly share what's the amount associated content typically pays for your article?

Dear Moderator Gods, please clean up this AC mess, those of us who realize AC is the smallest part of this forum tire of these needless AC threads. Perhaps you could create a new section of the site entitled "Article-Whoring". That is a good description of this method. : )
At least make a rule perhaps to keep it all in the thread that started it all. If people actually read that thread they should get most of their questions answered already.
