This happened to me a couple months ago and it hurt for a week, then went away oddly. It's back again this week and I just got a mouse pad with a wrist pad. Helps a little bit, but the pain is mostly in my inner forearm. Stretching helps a bit, but still hard to work.

Do any of you have experience with this and any solutions that helped you? I don't game, just work online. Trying to get extra stuff done when it came on.

please help me work online :)

i'm suffering that too hehe

Get a pad for your keyboard and mouse that can help for your wrists. Ideally less use, but I am using both and helps a lot in addition to having your arms being level with your table (so get a good chair ideally).

It's called carpal tunnel syndrome..
I got that before when I was working too much online and didnt use mouse pads..

What I did was bought a mouse pad with silicone bump to relax your wrist..

Or if you still have it now..wrap your wrist with handkerchief so your wrist would not touch the table and it will protect you.

Have some rest because it fucking hurts so much especially when it reaches the elbow part that you want to just cut you whole hand..

I just watched this video and tried the exercises:

Relieved a bit. Thanks @theRevolt, I just got a mouse pad and keyboard pad in the mail today. The mouse pad helps, but gonna take some getting used to.

Yeah make sure its one with the silicone or beads in it. I got one for the keyboard and a separate one with beads for the mouse. Still too much work on the PC but it helps

Get an ergonomic mouse or if it still persists, go to your doctor.

yes I remember that happened to me when I used to masturbate 2 to 3 times a day I was so weeeek but I am okay now left bad habits.
you should use some herbal oil to massage it.

I'd get an ergo mouse, but I thought I was a little girl when this happened to me. I powered through it and dgaf, but it will come back to haunt you. It was killinging me for weeks. Probably gotta switch up your set up

Cut down on any excessive clicking. I get it when I play league of legends because it's 30min of constant clicking.

Well, still having a lot of pain. Been restricting my computer use as much as I can. Hard to do work like this. Been icing it and stretching. Thinking about getting an ergonomic mouse. I think it's just tendonitis

Mouse pads help me, but taking a break to stretch my wrist helps even more.

I have a keyboard pad as well, but found that it doesn't help a whole lot, mostly because I type like Kermit.

I get a little tingly pain in my hand every now and again when i use my desktop mouse for long periods of time, it feels weird when it happens and its very annoying:mad:...i hope your wrist starts feeling better again real soon op.:)

Not forearm but upper part of my arm started to hurt a lot. Tried many things but didn't work. The only thing that actually worked was when I reduced my usage of computer a lot. Now its all right.
