I feel one of my niches is dying down and I'm looking to replace the link in the bio of that account.

Has anyone tried Amazon affiliate links in the bio?

Cookie length is 30 days right? So even if the product was not something they was generally interested in, if they purchased anything within the 30 days from Amazon would I still get a commission?

I get approx 8-10,000 clicks a month on my bio link so I believe if it worked it could make a drastic amount of income.

Let me know if I'm wrong and how I'm wrong please.

Cookie time is 24 hours and I'm pretty sure that you're not allowed to link directly to Amazon from social media accounts

On top of what others have said IG has their own embedded browser so they need to buy it though that browser since the cookies wouldn't transfer over to firefox or chrome which sucks ass.

Oh man, nice thinking though I didn't think of it like that! They may even generate their own affiliate links then, they would earn a tonne.

With IG, I think there is one way around this issue. IG's TOS is always trash but there are some ways that you can get around it. You'll have to use IG to bring the people to your site and solely as a means for promotion.

Get a website/page on Facebook and use it to promote whatever affiliate product you are trying to sell. After that use your IG profile to bring your traffic towards that site which should help increase your monthly click rate and user conversions. You can pay for ad space which will make your post more viewable to the following that you have.

    I hope this helps!
