I know there are some high paying ones out there that give 15 per lead but they charge the persons phone money and it seems like even the lesser paying ones like 5 dollars do too. Are there any non scammy ones out there and whats the highest paying non scam incent offer you've ever seen

Or are there any incent offers like that where the "your phone will be charged this much" thing is hardly visible? I can only view Canadian offers and it's very clear in all of them which might be a legal thing specific to Canada.

There are a number of ones that display the text in small font I just looked around peer fly. They do need to display the information legally though. Email submits bring in nice cash too :).

Which country were those ones for? Trying to determine which country has the least visible fine print and free proxies don't work in letting me view them.

You can get a lot of SMS/Phone offers at ultrapay.org they have more than 1000 of these and paying high. You can also complete them by yourself at ultra pay.

Expect anything that high to charge the users. Straight scams. I foresee the FTC killing those type of offers next.

Guidelines are very strict when it comes to mobile billing, but some advertisers try to design their landing page so the text is less noticeable.
