Hi. Could someone please give some tips. I'm new to organic traffic. I have to blogs I just set up. The first one can get pages indexed sometimes in 1 hr, certainly within a day.

The new one I just set up, well come to find out google crawled the site and found like 12 404 errors of most of the small mini site (long story). That was the 17th, I just added some new pages 2 days ago and they haven't been indexed yet (I'm comparing this new site to the old site).

What I want to know is if the 404 errors pissed off googlebot. Since he (or she, lol) found all those errors, will it take a while before those other pages get indexed. Also, I saw a few of the pages that did get index in the supplementals.

One tip I just got from someone is that if you are starting a blog google indexes the first couple of pages (say 10 or 12 or whatever) and stuff like your about page, or content page (which don't have any keywords for traffic) you should wait til later to have them index (I guess by using the noindex WP plugin?!).

Thanks in advance for schooling a neophyte :p
