DMR Set up Help

I have DMR, don't need it, just don't understand how to use it, would like to hire someone to help me set up a fake referr for a project I am working on

Need you to put the necessary script info in my cpanel (php) for the DMR to reflect my traffic is coming from elsewhere, would like to also have a rotator script built in so diff offers can be built within for each time someone views my page they will see a diff one of my offers
