Hi all,

Does anyone know if Direct Messaging my followers will help increase the visibility of my account's posts in their feed?

I don't know but I think it could be a good idea to send messages to some followers that are active but haven't liked your last posts just to remember you are still there . And you could also remind them that they can turn on notifications.

Chances are if you're DMing some followers they're going to be checking in on your account more often than others. Did well for one of my accounts. I don't think anyone would be able to say if it'll increase visibility in their feed though.

I was going to just set my bot up to send individual messages to different followers. I thought maybe it might switch something within IG's algorithm to increase my visibility to those people that received my messages.
