Our website operating in the casino sector has recently been experiencing rapid index loss on Google due to DMCA/Lumen notices. We are facing a situation where our pages are removed from search results within 24 hours.

You can contest the DMCA claims....it's a short term solution but I had DMCA disputes in the past that took months to be finally solve by G....if you want to prelong it even more hire a lawyer to dispute the claims....but this method can bit you by the ass but if you think it's commercially viable you can do it.

Also these disputes will slow down the deindexing of your website.

In the casino niche, alot of the DMCA/Lumen notices aren’t even legit, they’re competitors using takedowns as a way to knock sites out of the rankings. So the rapid index loss you’re seeing might have more to do with that kind of rivalry than anything you’re doing wrong on your end

DMCA abuse in gambling is brutal right now. Competitors are filing bogus copyright claims knowing Google auto-removes first and asks questions later. You need to counter-notice immediately on every false claim through Google's DMCA dashboard, but expect 10-14 days minimum for reinstatement.

Start documenting everything - screenshot the original claims, save your content creation dates, keep proof you own the content. Most gambling DMCA attacks target generic content like game descriptions or betting guides that multiple sites use similar versions of.

Consider moving critical content to subdomains or CDNs that are harder to target, and watermark your original images/content. Some sites are also success with preemptive copyright registration of their key content to make counter-notices stronger.

The nuclear option is filing false DMCA complaints back at whoever's attacking you, but that gets messy fast.

Where on earth can I submit a DMCA counter-notice?
I keep getting false DMCA claims, but I can’t find where to file a counter-notification.
 
yeah that’s pretty common in casino right now. once DMCA/Lumen hits, Google reacts fast. only real options are tightening content originality, removing anything that can be claimed (images, text, feeds), and pushing new URLs/domains. appeals rarely work unless the claim is straight-up wrong.
