Hey guys , I'm planning to start woeking with a WP builder soon and I'm not sure which one should I use,
Both has pretty much same cons and pros from what I've read
I have exprience in coding so I guess from that aspect they are both the same for me
Some article said divi sites are faster the other said the opposite
What do you think will be better for creating websites for my local businesses?

I choose divi because it does not cost recurring
(For long term plan, I bought the life time license)

Divi has more layouts than elementor.
Divi is also best for lifetime use as it's cheap compared to elementor. I have lifetime license.

Elementor by far - considered both, but Elementor has a much larger community and 3rd party plugins supporting it.
Also, too many complain about code generated by Divi has issues, but that was before ver 4 so not sure on latest releases.

Do a test and assume you are running into an issue and need a solution to it - where and how would you find resources to seek help or an Elementor plugin that will solve your problem.

I haven't used divi, but I believe it if people say it's faster. I have experience with Elementor and event though it's easy to use and a lot of people use it, it generates a lot of unnecessary code that makes pages too heavy. Once i needed to insert a simple paragraph, and that single paragraph was wrapped in like 8 elements! Pros: it's been downloaded over a million times and a lot of people are familiar with it, so at the end, even if it produces bad code (not as terrible as wix, though. Wix is an abomination), it gets the job done and people like to use it.

I've been using CSS Hero for a couple of weeks now and comparing it with Elementor (my page builder of choice) and got to say IT'S FREAKING AMAZING!

Also, i believe it weights a lot less than any other page builder out there.

The amount of customization you have with CSS Hero it's just ridiculous.

And, to be honest, with sooo many amazing themes out there that offers dozens of fully-featured, lightweight and beautifull designs and layouts, i don't know if i will ever use another page builder.

Also, CSS Hero costs it's insanely reasonable...

• $19 a year for 1 site
• $39 a year for 5 sites
• $69 a year for 999 sites
• $219 one time payment for a lifetime access

Both are good. Elementor is a bit more popular I think.

If the rest of your site is totally optimized then the little bit of bloat from elementor isn’t that bad. If you know what you’re doing then get yourself generatepress and call it a day.
