Hey BHW members,

I came across a tool the other day I thought I would share. This tool named DITY (currently version 2.0) will automatically gather results from Yahoo and spam guestbook type sites with your given info.

Now I know that guestbooks are pretty much out of style and some believe them to be useless. I have found that with some good comments, I can generate a few hundred more uniques per day after a bunch of spamming.

exactly, im thinking more about getting backlinks from this to get a higher page rank which in turns gets you more search engine traffic. thanx

This script picks up very few sites... in the order of five or 6 only

this kind of spam doesn't work anymore, too old, and google & others now this method

it can give you something if you go and get more types of sites and try to filter out the worst spammed, not bad for getting pages indexed if nothing else... yes it is still useful with some tricks

Actually I have nice results with DITY but of course you cannot rely on this script only.

The main thing is that you have to recode it to use a list of urls you already picked up (scraped) from GG and then it really is efficient.

The nice thing is that you can launch more than 600 backlinks to guestbooks because GG will not crawl them all at once (guest books of this kind are not so popular) so it looks more natural
