Summary of Dispute:


I purchased a monthly plan from the seller, as per him he will provide what I have attached as a screenshot above.
Here are the issues I have faced:

• 1st post: 06 April. Last post 18 May. TAT of 30 days was not met.
• No internal links set up.
• No Facebook profile posts.
• 5 sites to be designed as per chosen niches. The sites were not designed, only installed with a theme.
• Site was spammed with same article titles.
• Site had several posts not related to the niche.

Evidence of the Issue:
The content provided by the seller was also duplicated, and a large amount not even related to my niche which makes me doubt there was a human check as they promised.
The site was not AdSensed approved due to low quality of content as a result. Yet the seller has advertised "Earn $1k+" in their title, and showed proof of income from Ads.
Further, the seller also created blog posts for keywords that were not approved by me. This is the list of articles the seller was to create: <removing to protect sellers identity>

However I did not get this. I have also downloaded a backup of this sheet (as well as the conversation).
Here is the amount of keywords that were duplicated for just one keyword:

This is the first instance where the seller failed to deliver anything substantial. The second case is where I paid him $250 for 5 sites, so he would continue his work. I made this arrangement at the start where I was unaware of the quality of posts and spam. I regret that.


The seller was going to design 5 sites with silo structure. The designed sites are:

The niches are meant to be:

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution:
As the TAT is passed, I would like a full refund of $400 of the initial site + the 5 sites they supposedly worked on, which was really just installing a theme.

Information For The Accused
@ishakbd555 - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. First of all I am clarifying about my service.

1. Adsense does not guarantee approval on my service.
2. Does not Googl guarantee rank.
3. Google Index no guarantees.
4. Does not guarantee income.

Clarifying about his Service

First site:

I showed him my sample site. He saw it and agreed with me and ordered.

1. The niche was already selected by him
2. I first showed him all my keyword list thean start writing anposted the article.
3. I have scheduled all the posts on his site.
4. The delivery of the work was done on time within TAT (30 Working Day).
5. I have ask hin Facebook Paage. He said he would give me later but he didn't give me.
5. I have make a facebook page and post all article on facebook Page.

I have posted 150 articles on his site. And in between I ask him to review the site many times. He also reviewed his site and did not complain to me.

After posting the all article, he came and said that many articles are not related to his site. As a result I had to remove several articles from his site. Which I rewrite and post with new keywords.


Second project:

He did not pay all the bills for the remaining 5 sites, he paid a small amount.
Then I designed his site and showed it to him.

After that I was doing his work but he posted his review on my thread and asked for refund.

In fact, his main problem is that his first site is not approved by Google Adsense, so he will not do his next sites.
So he wants his money back.

My Service Refund Policy: No refund. Only if I can't deliver your order within the deadline, I will give you a refund if you want.

The fee was $50, not $150, lol. You have been paid $250 ($50 * 5).

2 - As shown in the evidence, you created articles based on keywords not on the keyword sheet.
4 - As shown in the evidence, the last article was posted after 30 days. It wasn't scheduled then. You missed the TAT. Also, you're sneaking in "working" day. It's 30 days, as mentioned everywhere.

After posting the all article, he came and said that many articles are not related to his site. As a result I had to remove several articles from his site. Which I rewrite and post with new keywords.

No, I asked you several times how you will fix the situation. You didn't even attempt to add a logo to any of the sites or even try fix the situation. Only after asking several times, I left a review as your service is misleading and I hope other people won't be burned by this "service".

I hope you have not forgotten this.

My opinion is that you're drawing your own conclusion from thin air.
I approved the theme as it's the only thing you did. Not the final design or structure as nothing besides installing the theme was done.

Did you give me any time or Fixing list to fix this? You said and I did not fix? How much revision you have send me for this site? You come and say I don't like it, give me my money back.

I have divided the categories. How did you say I just installed the theme?
Can you prove I just installed the theme?
Can you show me a site that looks like this just by installing this theme?
I'm ready to refund for all money. Prove this.
