It is not the only way if you want to stay on this site and sell here.

Your obligation is to find a way to refund the person via Crypto as they paid via Crypto.

I've said that before and will not say it again.
 
Then it's a stalemate. Because not the administration of our site, not our payment provider simply does not have a cryptocurrency. Everything that is now available in Ukraine for a quick money exchange with the whole world - PayPal

If you do not refund I have to ban you and I do not want to do that.

Find someone that you can send PP money to that has Crypto and can give this person their funds.
 
Received only $18 worth of btc in refund.

Perhaps there was a commission of the exchange system. We have been given the following information:

Sent - 22.4$
Received 1N*****Fg (bitcoin) - 17.45$

We cannot send the extra 2.5$ because the minimum payment of the exchange system is $20
 
UPDATE. We have received a new message from our Ukrainian payment provider. We publish it here: ''An additional 2$ has now been sent to the 1N*****Fg bitcoin wallet through another exchange system''

And, please, if you have any difficulties with orders, or you need to contact SMM-1.com administration directly, feel free to duplicate your message to [email protected]. Even a few times, no big deal. The guys have a lot of messages, they might miss something. Because here on the forum technical support for our site is not provided. There is only one media-manager girl here (who does not even have access to the site) - to publish the latest news of our site, as well as issue a test balance to new customers

We get confirmation in this thread, and only in this thread, not via PM, from the one that is supposed to get the refund.

We keep this all public so that things are transparent.
 
Just in case, today I requested checks from our payment provider and the site administration. I'm posting their answer:

2 payments were made to 1N*****Fg bitcoin wallet. Total amount 20$
