I am interested to know about paypal's dispute since it doesnt back you up for virtual goodies or services, is there anyway to open a dispute and win ?

For example if you have conversation emails between the 2 parts where at some point the sellers mentions that if he can't do something within X days, he will refund you or any other methods ?

Or it mainly depends if it was used CC or Paypal funds ?

Ask him nicely to refund, if he doesn't just open the dispute and good/services were never delivered. Good luck with paypal Hell.

Thats not the case for me but I would like to know more how it is working this days, if things like these are still possible to win, or not a chance as long as it is virtual goodies/services and not using CC as you can't chargeback.

EDIT: I mean are emails worth anything to paypal ? what can be used to help you ? are there changes to get money back without chargeback ? etc...
