But your worker refuses to listen to the requirements listed in the screenshots. At this point, it does not feel like a service anymore
 
If you truly purchased the template, send screenshot and we can deduct it off the refund. Other than that, your worker made us wait 5 business days for little to no progress. Look at the site. Only thing that was changed is just the name of the business and template that was used. Nothing else.
 
I am sharing the screenshot but i will not gives you refund, you are talking about my asistant but not about my message, if you want to make website you can share details with me will do working on purchased theme.
 
You delivered a very low quality website that was not even finished. You gave the work to your assistant. I don't know why I'm forced to pay for something that is unfinished. Your worker does not even know what needs to be done because we told him numerous times what needed to be done, and he keeps arguing against our own ideas
 
No, I just want a refund and once you posted the screenshot, we can deduct it off the total refund amount. We will be working on the website ourselves since the worker refuses to do the reasonable requirements laid out

If there is not screenshot proof of facts, don't post in here.

Let's settle this dispute like people who do business, and not like a couple of siblings fighting it out as to who gets to call shotgun.
