I contacted @ChaseYourSEO. through the admin authentication service and purchased the service for the product reviews posted on CNET.

I've attached a transcript of our Skype chat. @ChaseYourSEO replied that I finished this work on May 2. But it's way past time. I'm going to go @ChaseYourSEO to request a refund. He stopped replying to my messages. I paid $1000 via PayPal.

I chose @ChaseYourSE because the @ChaseYourSEO service has been verified by the administrator. So I choose @ChaseYourSE. I hope @ChaseYourSEO will give me a refund today via PayPal.

Information For The Accused
@ChaseYourSEO - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. I already refund all amount, I get notification from paypal, full refund had been made. He get full amount so why can start dispute.

Check attachment and all status are clear

paypal refunded me. You should have refunded me immediately as we agreed. Not through a paypal dispute. If you fail to do the agreed terms of service. Please refund immediately. Instead of not responding to any messages.

@BassTrackerBoats There was an issue in my PayPal account i already told him. He request me to arrange PayPal from friend. Then i arranged PayPal from friend. my friend was out of city that time i try to make contact but i failed to contact my friend. That's why i could not make immediate refund. But PayPal refund process had been completed already when i contact my friend.
