As a power member of this community over 10 years, The credibility of the situation is very heavy.
my very first dispute, i've purchased alot of services over here spent over $40k+ on some clients specificly ONLY from BHW.
I will NOT let this one pass!
I am filing a dispute against a seller who has not fulfilled their part of the agreement. Despite having proof in the form of a video recording of our conversations, we have been unable to resolve the issue over several months. I have been attempting to resolve the matter on a daily basis, but have reached the point of losing my temper due to the website's malfunction and having paid over $700. I am seeking a resolution that is fair and just.
Furthermore, I no longer wish to continue doing business with this seller, and strongly advise against others purchasing from them. The website is not functional, and I am willing to release the video to prove that I have not concealed anything.
I have fulfilled my end of the agreement by paying the full amount, but many parts of the work are unfinished, and the website's functionality has not even been tested. The seller has made me responsible for identifying issues with the site, which is frustrating considering the instructions were clear from the outset. I want to make this dispute public so that others are aware of who they are dealing with.
Observe, that I did actually pay another $150 for a project that was never delivered! He kept the money and everything is in the video that proof is all there I'm not hiding any conversations deleted anything it's all there white and black!

- Proof that the business transaction began on BHW. A link to the conversation or post will suffice.

- The website is not even functional not as we agreed upon, I try to resolve this in a fashionably manner. The seller just postponed the project since last year.
- What you need from the accused to consider this resolved. Examples include a refund or a replacement.
- I would not like to do business with the person again, the website is not even functional so I would rather have a refund.
- Please provide as much supporting evidence as you can (e.g., proof that the product or service wasn't delivered, proof that it wasn't delivered as advertised, etc).

The website is useless because there is no processing in orders or anything nothing is connected I try to solve this many times you can see the conversation that I have linked before the video.
