Duties:
Working close with load planner to maximize driver productivity & ensure driver gets home in a timely manner
Disburse funds for Lumpers, Washouts, & Maintenance repairs
Communicating load information with drivers by phone, satellite communication, or in person
Answering inbound driver calls & satellite communication from drivers
