hi i have recently bought an expired domain...

but when i have searched it on Google the domain is not showing... further i found that Google remove this site due to copyright in 2012...

So what should i do?

is there any problem to rank with this domain?

Yes, that domain is fried due to copyright infringement. With March core update it will me even harder for you to make any money with that expired domain. I would take it as a bad business decision and move on.
