    Is it legal in the USA to specify a certain gender and age range for a job posting? I need to hire a cute girl with sales experience. :D

    You can get in trouble for anything nowadays. I saw on the news where an overweight female fitness trainer was suing...I think because they fired her for being overweight, but I can't remember for sure.
