    Dude, this is the same exact thing as public (web) proxy. Its just a php proxy powered by phproxy.

    There are many other similar sites, like hidemyass etc. They should be using public proxies as well.

    Just use the site foxler posted and you'll have plenty of webbased proxies to choose from! :)
