Discord Schedule poster

I would program and send a scheduled message to a channel within a Discord server that I don't own from my own account.

Something like Hootsuite or Buffer, but for Discord

Does anyone know about its existence?

You could do something from Zapier/ifttt
connect it to a personal Tumblr/Wordpress (private or not, doesnt matter)
and schedule post from there and it will pull it into discord?

This only works with own servers

I don't that entirely possible since discord would rely on "webhooks" to send or the bot in the server. Which without admin rights you won't have access to.
Even if it's a custom made discord bot, since it needs to be added to server too.
You could possibility look up someone to make a custom program that doesn't rely on discord's API.

Surely, there must be something out there because I'm constantly seeing bots everywhere. Obviously against TOS, but similarly to any other bot in any other platform.
