Disclaimer, privacy policy and terms of use

    I thought of this a few years back and I tried doing some testing but its just really hard to test (Or I think it is).

    Well the theory is if you have a disclaimer, privacy policy and/or terms of service it well help your rankings. It makes sense just because spammy sites wont have one, and it also makes you look more professional.

    I am just curious if any one has anything to say about this?

    I would have to agree with this, is there a site where there are templates of what to say for these?

    It can't hurt you in to have them...but on the other hand I have seen high ranking sites that don't include these. Could all boil down to the competitiveness of the niche, I don't know.
