I've got a website that I sent 200 hgh metric blog posts at a while ago.

Right now I cannot get the site to move up the serps much.

Would it be a good idea to disavow these blog posts?

I mean blog posts must be a bad type of link these days?

Do you think you've sent bad links to a site, then you want to remove them. Wouldn't that entire process look suspicious?

I am fairly sure somebody here is confusing "blog posts" with "blog comments.

Is it even worth disavowing these?

Check your site backlinks which are spam or not. If you found some spam links which link to your site, then disavow them.

200 blog comments  What were you thinking when you built them ?
It is not worth disavowing them, just leave it there.

My suggestion is disavow these all blog posts and build quality links again with spam free guest posts & blog posts for your preferred main keywords!:)

You may disavow only if they are spammy and low quality links because these can be bad to your backlink profile.

Most of the cases this is not needed. However, disavowing won't harm anything.

Disavow them or remove the links from those post.

Again doing with the right PBN helps you! Else try out the real guestpost - i meant the real guestpost.

    Queries are much appreciated!

If it seems spam, just disavow them. Add quality blog comments, PBN links, and guest posts.
