Disable "Request Directions" on GMB

Is there any way to now allow people to request directions, enforce an appointment policy on GMB?
Seems like people will request directions, then leave a bad review if you are closed/by appointment.

Do some people just press "Request Directions" to see where you are located, or are they in the car ready to come?

I am running a GMB for a in-home service based business, they have a location but are not always in the shop.

If you hide you address, don't won't be able to request for directions and you can put in your appointment URL in the info section of your GMB dashboard for them to book an appointment

Will this affect GMB visibility? IE priority shown to others who have location?
