    Hi All,

I started using online business to generate income since 2010, I sell services.
Previously I was a VA (supported by 3 people on the team), and then I decided to become a Fiverr seller, selling mostly social media services that we provide ourselves. We're having great time selling on Fiverr, and generated decent money. What makes me worry last 2 months we get so-so sales, now we never get anything near 1k, while I still have to pay 2 employees.

After read a thread about creating website to resell Fiverr services, I took action last month by built a website and planned to follow other people method.
This is new thing for me (creating website), but even so, I successfully created one LOL. However, here's my dilemma (both are important for me). What should I focus on:
    - Fiverr gigs: already make money, but not so good anymore - - problem: I don't know how to optimize the gigs with Fiverr current algorithm
    - Own website: not ready yet, have no selling - - problem: I only have limited small budget for promotion, and have only small knowledge to run and optimize it

Any suggestions are welcome and really appreciated.
    Thank you guys...

== Sorry for my bad English ==

I would add some quality unique articles to your website...

That will get your website out there attracting eyeballs some of which will convert into paying clients

Good Luck you are on the right track keep going...

First of all your English is fine and welcome to our community. Alright you went into the right direction with creating your own
website and learning how to do this. Never rely on one thing to make money with and never rely just on someone else website
to make money with. In-dependency is critical with running your own business.

Why is it a question of either/or?

Run both simultaneously. If you're still making a bit of money on Fiverr, there's no reason to drop it completely.

Just carry on completing gigs and set up your own services website.

As scrapefox said, not only should you do both but you should be throwing it up on all the other micro job sites and anywhere else you can list it. Stick with what sells when you find out

Thank you for the idea, I'm preparing the articles and will post them soon..

    Yesssss, that's my true goal.
But since there's many things I'm lacking on, guess it takes longer time before I'm succeed.
    Thanks for the support :)

The ideal is I can keep both working well.
However, my resource (time, money, skills and experience) has limit and this is what I'm trying to figure out the solution.
Even when my website then getting costumers, I'll keep fiverr (and so on) going.

My dilemma is what to maintain and optimize at this time due to the limits.
And again, thank you for the reminder :)

    Great advice!
Started on Monday, we have set up new accounts on Fiverr clones, but I guess we're still have no luck there.
