Hello everyone, this is Mason

MY GOAL:

Scaling my digital agency to $500 per day using:
  • Freelancing platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, freelancer
  • Cold emailing
  • Cold calling
  • Linkedin, indeed
the main purpose of this journey is to keep track of my progress and motivate other people who got their businesses hit by covid and exchange valuable information with other members.
I believe providing micro solutions in our industry is the best way to stand out of the crowd, and that's exactly what we're doing nowadays

WHAT I GOT:

  1. 3 Computers
  2. 3 skilled guys in my team
  3. several years of experience in computer science, graphic design, video editing, digital marketing, ecommerce
  4. 4 digits budget for the marketing
  5. Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer accounts
  6. 3 websites
  7. several IM and SEO tools subscriptions, Envato and storyblocks subscriptions
  8. a dedicated server
  9. Aged Advertising accounts
  10. the ability of the team to speak 5 languages fluently
CURRENT EARNINGS PER DAY: $50 TO $200

TODO LIST:

  1. Rank the first GIG on Fiverr
  2. Buying Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr reviews
  3. Get the emails and phone numbers list of businesses who might be interested in our services
  4. finding a good proxy

I'll be posting updates every week.

Wish me luck

Good luck, the solid plan you have there and thanks for the "storyblocks" mention I def use it in my projects

I'm using gmails with a custom-made script. It's actually a half automated process to make the emails as relevant as possible
The main thing is to hit the inbox. Best of luck on your Journey

Seems solid, do you have experience running an upwork agency?

Sounds like a nice plan! What are some of the SEO tools subscriptions that you have?

It really upsets me to see this kind of journeys, when OP is so motivated and eager to post every other week at the start but fails to deliver even one update.
Can someone link any ongoing or successful agency journey with some insights in it?

-What is your ICP(ideal costumer profile)?
-What's your lead scraping/generation process? Any database? Strategy? Google maps?
-Are you using cold dm's too?
-What's your main offer?
Providing every marketing/design solution under the sun it's too overwhelming, how are pulling this off?
