Payhip is such a website but personally, I'm not interested to buy a product from a shady site.
From my point of view if a site is strict to accept a new vendor like etsy.com , is better than an anonymous vendor that can sell garbage and later it is no way to get a refund or make a complain.

the thing is I will be selling ebooks and i myself know their worth as i put valuable information into them. Found Paddle and one more platform but looking at their refund options since i will make it so that there are no refunds

Refunds & chargebacks are part of the process.
I don't know any marketplace/platform that doesn't have those.
You can setup your own wordpress based website with Easy Digital Downloads or woocommerce.
Gumroad is the best option from my experience.
Others like paddle, shopify are also good.

Yup found it as well and they got really nice features
I am currently reading all forms of laws and found out how to make it impossibpe to get charge backs/refunds
