I do not recommend their residential proxy. The ones in Brazil don't work. When it works, it drops after a few hours. I contacted support and they told me that it was working normally on dolphin. But I don't use dolphin and I'm not required to use it to make your proxy work. There are better proxies on the market.
Can you recommend me some good working ones?

They do work; please specify what they do not work on.
We are reselling from a known provider, "Netnut." There are a handful of websites that do not work. We have tested your proxy manually and see that everything works fine on our side.
None of the proxies we sell are non-working.
That it works on Dolphin was just an example of our support showing you that the proxy works and that there is potentially something wrong on your side other than the proxy itself.
