I make lots of forums posts and blog comments but they take forever to get recognized by the search engines.

Which of the following should I digg/ping?

    1. Blog posts on my own site.
    2. Any updates or new pages on my own site.
    3. Blog comments on other blogs.
    4. Forum posts.

You can ping all of them if you like but only digg a few of your own blog posts/site updates or your site will get banned for digg. Also dont digg too many forum posts as this would looks spammy too (get your digg account banned).

Do not digg or ping comments on other blogs. Digg and ping only your own pages on your domain.

I made the mistake of digging too many blog posts. Now My site's banned. Anyone have an idea how to get around that? I tried some URL shorteners, but they're all banned as well.

Not too sure how to get out of the banned list on digg. Some sites like mixx do this but didn't realise that digg did it as well.

I use bookmarkdemon as you can set it up to automatically post other random urls (or urls related to your niche) so it looks much more natural. It takes much longer to post though as it can triple the list and you have to enter those pesky captcha codes.

If you are banned from digg try delicious, propeller and jumptags - these get spidered quicjly as well.

If you get banned from ANYWHERE just change your I.P. address and clear your cache/reboot+ use a proxy :)

If your site is banned you can simply buy a .info domain and redirect it :) or buy 10 and shift between them for every post.
Ping your own stuff, add you own posts to digg and digg some random stuff that has already been posted. You might consider investing in proxies and add stuff to digg from a couple of different accounts.

Man, Alpha is right, it doesn't matter if your site gets banned from digg, you can always redirect with an endless supply of .infos
