Guys, I managed to make it work, thanks a lot to all you.
It seems the issue I was having also with my previous attempts was that I wasn't creating A records on the Registrar. That wasn't indicated in any tutorial I saw until this last one, and until iRakic pointed it out.
Just one more thing, SSL is not working neither on the panel or on the site. Do I need to create a record for the root domain with the @ symbol + ip on registrar as well, besides ns1 ns2 and www? Does it have something to do with this?
