Different Facebook URLs

I think one is a group and the other is a fan page, try making a group for your fan page and see what you get.
 
I'm pretty sure you can't get the nice and pretty URLs without a group page.
 
as someone said, facebook.com/username. You need to be logged into the profile page when you go to this site, then follow the prompts to set the username. Only stipulation is your fanpage must have 25 fans or more before you can set a username at the end

I was not aware of the above, this sound like its the answer you are looking for and something im going to try myself.
 
SOme people more like short names instead of facebook.com/PAGENAME/NUMBER ect. ;)
 
You get to choose a username if your page has over 25 friends, the great advantage of Facebook pages over profiles is that Facebook Pages get indexed by the search engines so keep that in mind when setting one up and loading it with info. Best of luck brother

Ah ha.

So I (finally) took the time to learn how to build fan pages via the fbl apps, etc. After a day of struggling to figuring it out, here is my conclusion:

God fucking damn it, mother fucker, cock, shit, what the fuck?, no seriously - what the fuck?, piss, piss and more piss, another mother fucker plus an additional God fucking damn it.

I went ahead and changed those links up. Looks like the OP was just trying to post an example for comparison, no harm done. They now lead to Google. ;)

You say precious with sarcasm? Do you realize people work hard to get their pages to a nice size? Maybe you dont know, but once a page is posted on here, it always gets deleted within an hour? Has nothing to do with a page being "precious" as you say. But has to do with people protecting what they have worked on.
