they are selling domains from years , if they are still reselling enom then it means that they are owned by same person ?

is it some thing like Endurance International Group ? ? ?

NameCheap was originally a reseller for eNom. They finally registered with ICANN after a while and tried to move everyone across, a few issues arose (because eNom are scum) and some clients lost all access to domain name management. Lawsuits were filed, ICANN process was changed. In the end they left a lot of their old clients with eNom to save hassle (they still manage an eNom reseller account). You can still bulk register with eNom, but I think they've moved away from consumer domain name registration.

NameCheap is entirely owned by CEO Richard Kirkendall.

Did you register it under an account which already registered other domains on it? Your account might be hooked up to their reseller one.

eNOM is one of the biggest companies when it comes to registering Domain Names. So strongly suggest better go for eNom than Namecheap

They are different companies, but Namecheap is still a reseller of eNom. All the domains I have registered before 2016 show eNom in the WHOIS info. All the new ones from this year show Namecheap. I guess they switched completely to their own registrar now.
