Difference between Article rewriting Vs Article spinning?

What is the difference between Article rewriting Vs Article spinning?

Are they same?Or they different?Can both rewiting and spinning can be done with the same Tools?

I use Power Artcle rewiter to Rewrite?should i use a Different Tool To Spin?

Sorry to ask so many questions...but Article rewriting newbies like me will benefit if experienced article writers comment here....

In a nutshell:

When rewriting you change the structure of the article, the paragraphs and the sentences.

Spinning replaces words or complete sentences with synonym words and sentences. As far as the sentences goes in most scripts/proggies this is a manual job.

Original
I love Blackhat World because it is the best forum if you want to learn how to make money online.

Spinning
I adore Blackhat World as it is the greatest board to be educated in earning cash on the internet.

Rewrite
I learned a lot on building an online business on Blackhat World. That's why I love it so much, it's the greatest.
