    I am #1 for a kw when logged into Google and #4 or #5 for a kw when i am not logged in. Which one do I trust and which one should I follow?

    You should always log out, clear cookies, switch browsers, etc. before checking a ranking. Logging in may artificially inflate your ranking because you own the site in Webmasters or otherwise let Google know the site is yours. Best way to do it is just using another computer altogether.

    If you don't clear cookie and get logged off , the posisition stay the same as logged in so yes clear cookie and log off .
    this can avoid many false joy :)

    Or use private / incognito mode. That's the fastest way for me to have a clean session with all the bells and whistles enabled.

    Also if you don't care about flash cookies (I don't even in my normal navigation) make sure to identify the folder where they get stored on your windows installation (if you use win) for your own user. Delete that folder and create a file going by the same name so you can sleep better. ;)

    Or using a browser you never use with the "InPrivate" option on. Personally I use the newest IE in Private for googling out some results yet never actually click the links :)
