    Thanks for your time

If you care about strength, google: Starting Strength

If you care about huge muscle, google: Triphase Training or No Nonsense Muscle Building

If you care about looking good generally, google: Visual Impact Muscle Building or Adonis Index

As for diet, google: Eat Stop Eat

Hi mate, I could help you with building your personal diet/workout, you're welcome to PM me.
If you're thinking of bulking, first thing to remember is eating more doesn't just mean eat anything. Try to get a balance of 40-40-20, meaning 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat/other. Aim for between 1 and 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. You can get a good source of protein from tuna, chicken, turkey, soya beans, tofu, quinoa, cottage cheese, yoghurt, nuts, pumpkin and sesame seeds etc
    hope this helped at all.
