I was hoping the guy had made some attempt and paid at least some of this back.
It's easier to pay as an example £100 a month over 6 months than try to find £600 in one go.

Yes, but as @MisterF said, he didn't even reach me or anything. You know, it's 40 days already and nothing happened.
I feel like (I might be wrong) that guy is using only this time to use BHW as much as he can for his benefit and then he'll vanish without settling things with me you know.
Let's be honest, we're not talking here about big amounts of money so I don't feel like he really needs almost 70 days for giving me my money back. If we would be talking about thousands of dollars, that would be another story.

Hello, I'd like to resolve a few things about this dispute. First of all, I haven't sent a refund yet, although I plan too. However, there are a few things I'd like to clarify.
First of all, the main reason that I haven't sent the refund yet is that I don't have a job. Since I'm a student still, any income I was having, was from freelancing jobs I've been doing in this forum. I'm not trying to play the victim here, just stating the facts.
Another important thing I'd like to mention is that the other guy hasn't been honest in this dispute. Out of the 11k words in total that I have written for him, almost 70% of it has been used ( published ) as intended just a few days after delivery, long before the dispute! This probably happened because he has been outsourcing articles to me for personal projects of his and guest posts on 3d party websites. These are facts that I can prove if needed. I was just foolish for not checking beforehand.
In my opinion, it is unfair to refund for pieces of work the other party has used as intended, by the time of delivery, and has likely been paid for. While I'm not reluctant to refund him, I think that you should check on these facts. But that is your decision.
In the end, be it a full refund or partial refund( only for the unpublished pieces), it's going to take me some time to collect the money since I live in a country with a bad economy. I don't mind locking/banning my account since then, but it would help me resolving this faster if I can use it in the meantime.

This is a 100% refund, and nothing else will suffice.
You lied to get the job ( native English articles ) and didn't deliver what was required "Plus you cannot make it right as you are not who you advertised you were - A native English speaker. "
This has dragged on for going on 4 months and you have refunded a total thus far of ZERO.
So NO YOU CANNOT LOOK FOR MORE WORK ON HERE, you need to repay this buyer in full.
