Check your registered email. You should have got an email about account lock and how to unlock it.

Facebook becomes paranoid when a user logins from a different country that fb hasn't seen before. It's necessary precaution that fb takes in order to save an account for unauthorized access.
 
60% will be locked according to the chest icon . Please select IP carefully. IP that has never used FB is safer

and it's normal nowadays.
 
Facebook is very strict these days. You need to use the same IP location all the time

I got my Facebook account disabled with photo verification.

Can I use thispersondoesnotexist to verify Facebook photo verification?

when you changed your account login ip, you should wait for at least 24 hours to do any important action.

I have tried to update the account name basing on my customers need, and it was no problem at all.
 
Changing any information in a client IP is suspicious activity for FB. Please allow the account time to get used to the IP (about a few hours) before we start the changes
 
Yes, I used VPN to log in to my FB account, after a few times, they disabled my account.

This is a very common problem. they do this to secure the account due to an abnormal ip. Verify and it will come back.

Hi! Yes, what you did was suspicious enough for Facebook. You should be more careful and not take actions one after another, because Facebook tracks the behavioral factor. you should have waited at least a day after changing the IP address before doing anything else.
