Hope this is ok to post this here. Just received this notice and wanted to make sure everyone else saw it...

So remember when Paypal placed a reserve on your account and/or you had your account closed or suspended by paypal. Well turns out that a bunch of people got together and sued them.

Turns out that paypal improperly handled disputed transactions and improperly placed holds and reserves on accounts or closed or suspended accounts. Paypal also violated some parts of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act.

If you had an account between these dates, you might be entitled to a financial reimbursement... Just need to fill out the form.

    Dates are 4/19/2006-11/5/2015

What if I didn't have a holded/suspended account, can I still just claim I did and receive money?

lol, i don't think so, but go ahead and claim your never was $1M and see if PayPal wires you the money or no

this is big btw, i had only one account which was put on hold, but just the usual 180 days BS, so i was able to withdrew the funds after that, but i guess this will be pretty useful for others here, i think quite a few people had their accs locked by PayPal in that time frame, it seems finally PayPal will need to pay for their sins
