Did you ever upload your documents to paypal?

My (fake) account is limited.
They wanted me to do this:




You can see, I've done all except the 'confirm location' part. Here's what they're asking:



I was wondering if any one you have had this problem before? (Be it your legit account or fake one).
What kind of docs did you upload? Driver's license? Or utility bill?

I badly need to get over it.

PS: Forgot to mention its a USA Business Account with Kalamazoo, MI address on it.

Yes, its a fake account. And I know I'm gonna have a hard time finding docs, then editing those.

Then you have to hire someone to do this for creating docs and then upload to paypal

yes , you need to get someone that can photoshop the docs for you, there are some threads here on this forum with people that are doing this but I cannot post links yet, if you search here they are there

or find anyone from that specific location of your fake pp account ask them to create one fake address proof for you or buy the original proof and you make some changes

I solved this on my own legit account. I'm just 16 and I had no bills on my name so I took a picture of a letter from the state and picture of my bank ID ... worked

The documents are specific to countries. Normally for proving your adress the following things are accepted:
Drivers License
Not very old utility bill in your name

There could be other documents like income tax return etc that are accepted based on your current country of residence. It's listed right on their site, if you didn't know.

The reason why they ask because you use a fake pp account and home address.. The truth is once submitted your real information, paypal Inc forward all paypal members documents to Internal Revenue Service ( IRS ) for security purposes and its mandatory.. So, if pp suspect that you've been doing any fraud activities, they normally marked your account as one of those fraudulent account, if your not doing any fraudulent activities, nothing to worry when submitting those documents.

You should have the option of having them call you to verify. Hit me up on skype and I'll help you out. I had to unfreeze my stealth the other day too.

my legit account was limited twice, i submitted my photo id and a few month old utility bill, limitation was removed in a few hours both times

I had that option. Bought a skype number and forwarded it to my phone and had them call me on that one. But it didn't go well and now they have left me with those options only

You can simply sort out this problem. Do you have basic photoshop skills? If not go to fiverr and make fake documents.
Hint: Go to "google image" and get a US passport and utility bill

Then you have to hire photoshop expert and pay him to make fake pitures of utility bills . They already have experience in it if you find some designer who already done this kind of job .
