Sense Yahoo bought Tumblr it seems you can NOT make click through images anymore on Tumblr. The button is still there, but when you click it you can not get a cursor to type anything in the box anymore..:(

Well sorry let me rephrase that. I can't go back and edit the click through link on images like I use to.. now it seems you have to delete the image and reupload it if you want to change the click through link on it

That was implemented before Yahoo bought Tumblr, it's to allow the original source of the image to always stay the same.

Tumblr is being handled by it's own department separate from Yahoo. Yahoo owns it now thanks to Marissa Mayer, although, she has made some positive improvements since making the jump from Google.

This one nagging question remains to be unanswered....

Is Marissa Mayer a Google plant with orders to spend Yahoo's money foolishly to a point where little funding exists to maintain their current operations? Such a move would make Yahoo ripe for acquisition by either Google or Bing and reduce the search market down to two key players. Only time will provide an answer to this question...

A strong point, however, she's made the company more money since she started. She's also gained nationwide exposure to Yahoo by improving the Maternity leave policies that Yahoo previous upheld. She gained a lot of support from that alone.
