I was doing keyword reasearch and I found a keyword with the following:

    Google CPC: $13.70
    Monthly Search: 4,400
Competing Sites "in quotes" : 845,000
All in Title (with quotes): 165
    Allintitle (w/o quotes): 535
all in anchor (with quotes) 9
all in anchor (w/o quotes) 1.5 million
all in url with quotes :1300
    allinurl w/o quotes: 296

Is this a good keyword to target?

What are the criteria for a good keyword as far as competing sites , allintitle, allinurl, allinanchor ect?

Just open up the top 3 current resulting pages, and check if you can beat them. Check their onpage and offpage seo using market samurai (you can find it in the download section), and you can make a decision

Are those exact, broad or phrase searches? If it is anything else then exact then check again and put the tool to exact match and you will get the real number of searches..

Always set your tool to Exact searches.. Everything else is crap info.

Download something like TrafficTravis and check to see what it says about ranking for that keyword. I doubt you struck gold although I wish you had. Something that has advertising for over $13 for click is likely too compeditive in organic search for you.

    Good luck.
